Southern Iowa Sirens Fastpitch 14u

  1. 14u girls will be working on sharpening their softball IQ.

  2. Aggressive base running will be stressed.

  3. Stances should be set.  Now we are focusing on contact and plate presence.

  4. Team building is priority at every level of play.
